Vloggers Cong TV and Viy Cortez announced in a gathering with their friends and loved ones that their second child is a girl.
Cortez documented the celebration through a video shared on her YouTube channel on Tuesday, Nov. 5, showing their guests in pink and blue attires at an event venue in Tagaytay.
Article continues after this advertisementDuring the gathering, the couple and their firstborn Zeus Emmanuel, fondly called Kidlat, stood at a platform decorated with white flowers and huge ornaments. After the countdown, pink confetti and powder went off in the background, indicating that the pair’s baby is a girl.

(We have a [little] Cong, and now a Viy!)
“Nararamdaman kong babae siya, pero syempre nagulat pa rin ako nung nakita kong babae. Grabe ‘yung iyak ko,” she added. (I already felt that it was a girl, but I was still surprised when it was confirmed. I really cried.)

Article continues after this advertisement“Pero kung ano pa man yan, sobrang saya namin dalawa kasi may dadagdag na naman sa pamilya namin. Especially kay Kidlat, magkakaroon na siya ng habang buhay na kalaro,” he said.

Addressing their second child, he continued, “Ready na kaming lahat dito. Nakausap ko na rin ‘yung mga tito, tita at ninong, ninang mo. Naka-ready na kami para protektahan ka for the rest of our lives.”

Cong and Cortez tied the knot in a grand church ceremony last June. They welcomed Kidlat in 2022.
